3one4 Capital backed Parallel Loop Launches operations for Enterprise AI transformation across Asia, Europe and Middle East.
With US$ 6.6M in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, the teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai work with enterprises on their AI adoption and transformation, seamlessly integrated with their existing technology.
Singapore, 14 October 2026: Parallel Loop, an AI operating partner for mid-market and large enterprises, announced its formal launch, backed by US$6.6 million in seed funding, led by 3one4 Capital. The company has teams in Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai. Founded in June 2026 by Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean, Parallel Loop partners with enterprises to maximize their business by integrating AI with their existing technology, organizational context and workflows. With a team of 30 and they serve 10+ clients across geographies and industries. These include Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand, Licious and Havells in India.
From AI tools to AI capability
AI has made individuals faster, but scaling it and turning that into an enterprise capability across a business is much harder. The decisions, rules, definitions and know-how that make a company work are spread across systems, meetings, email, messaging tools and individual teams. Companies that connect AI to that context can do things that were not possible two years ago. They can serve customers in new ways, move into new markets and run operations at a different speed.
“Intelligence has become abundant. What many organizations lack is the context, systems and capability to turn this into tangible business outcomes.”
“Parallel Loop addresses that gap by helping our clients build capability and scale AI to transform the way they operate and achieve their most ambitious goals.”
An AI operating partner for the enterprise
Parallel Loop combines its AI Stack with forward deployed engineers, who work alongside client teams to connect existing systems, processes and organisational knowledge, and to build AI workflows and applications. Its work has three connected capabilities:
- AI Enablement:
- Works with leadership teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, define roadmaps and build practical capability inside the organisation.
- AI Stack:
- One secure, governed and fully modular stack shared across functions. It joins existing systems with organisational context and powers everything from instant live dashboards to end-to-end deterministic workflows.
- Software Factory:
- Forward Deployed Engineers and AI agents work alongside the client's team to modernise critical legacy systems and build new applications in a fraction of the usual time.
Sovereign AI, inside the client’s environment
Many enterprises now want sovereign AI: control over where their data, context and AI workloads sit, and who can access them. The AI Stack runs in the client’s own cloud environment or on-premises, with data residency set to the client’s requirements. The stack works with multiple model providers, including open-weight models, so clients are not locked into a single provider. It keeps an audit trail of prompts, responses, context changes and actions. Clients retain ownership of their data, their organisational context and the client-specific work built for them.
Growing enterprise deployments
Parallel Loop works with enterprises across consumer goods, manufacturing, chemicals, financial services and insurance.
- An organisation-wide AI layer at Licious, India’s first direct-to-consumer foodtech unicorn, spanning analytics, supply-chain visibility and planning workflows across growth, operations and leadership teams.
- AI-assisted field-sales planning for Havells, a leading fast-moving electrical goods (FMEG) and consumer durables company, with AI-generated visit plans and voice capture after each visit.
- AI strategy workshops, roadmap discovery and a premium financing solution for Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) (TMSTH), one of Thailand’s leading non-life insurers.
- The AI Stack deployed for Scimplify, a full-stack specialty chemicals platform that exports to 16 countries, inside its own cloud environment and with full data residency.
- Engineering work for a regulated fintech, where legacy code was restructured for AI-assisted development and supported by more than 1,500 automated tests.
In more than one engagement, Parallel Loop has delivered working software in weeks where earlier approaches had produced only a report or a prototype.
Founders with experience building at scale
Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean have worked together for nearly a decade. They co-founded FairDee, a Thai insurtech, which was later acquired by Qoala where Prateek served as Group Chief Technology Officer and Yujun as Group Chief Operating Officer. Under their leadership, Qoala became one of Southeast Asia’s leading insurtech platforms, operating across five markets, processing millions of policies a month and raising more than US$130 million from investors.
Prateek Jogani, Co-founder, brings around two decades of technology experience across video streaming, healthcare, education, music and insurance. As Group CTO of Qoala, he led technology across 5+ Southeast Asian markets and built engineering teams in India. In 2025, he began running hands-on AI programmes for leadership teams, from growth-stage businesses to companies preparing for IPOs. Through his work, he observed that while teams were adopting AI tools, only a few were building the systems, context and processes required to sustain those gains. This insight led to the founding of Parallel Loop.
Yujun Chean, Co-founder, served as Group COO of Qoala, where he led commercial, product, operations, finance and human resources across five countries.
Investors
Parallel Loop raised US$6.6 million in seed funding led by 3one4 Capital, with participation from Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures, Economic Development Innovations Singapore, Kunal Shah, Philip Yeo and other investors.
“Enterprises today carry so much complexity across their tech stacks and processes that AI transformation has become a domain-led challenge, one that demands deep expertise in both the domain and AI.
With Parallel Loop, Prateek and Yujun have delivered value to their customers and demonstrated real momentum. They’re closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts across multiple geographies with an outcome-led approach.
We’re excited to partner with the Parallel Loop team and lead their seed as they prepare to scale their offering across categories and geographies!”
